“国学热”是中国社会一个重要思想事件,在九十年代初曾有过一场短暂的国学热。然而,近几年来,传统以一种猝不及防的姿态了起来。从2004年的读经热及读经大讨论,到2005年开始的《论语》热国学热,乃至祭孔热,传统文化话语大面积复兴,不但在校园之中以公共课、通识课的方式被重新讲述,而且以读经班、私塾、企业文化等方式进入社会生活,其中企业发展与国学智慧更是广为关注。

中国的企业家与们在学习西方现代管理科学的三十多年实践中,逐渐意识到儒家的修身、治世,禅佛的思维,易学的精微,道家的无为而治,兵家的不战而胜等等国学经典的魅力,这些五千年华夏文明所积淀下来的人文精神与哲学智慧,是他们了解国情、洞悉国人,真正发挥西方管理科学这门外来功夫威力的内功之所在。因此,国学热、传统文化热才成为近几年社会的关键词之一。然而,中国的企业家与们需要的不只是坐而论道、高高在上的传统国学,还有适当落地、结合国情、古为今用的应用国学。清华大学职业经理研修班是国内倡导以国学智慧为核心的针对中国企业家与的高端国学应用课程,旨在为中国社会培养一批博古通今、中西融汇的本土化管理精英。作为中国国学管理顾问、清华大学EMBA客座教授、国际国学应用顾问、中国现代姓名学创始人之一、国际建筑文化联合会会长、先知中国创始人的王思翰教授受邀为清华大学职业经理期学员进行培训。

先知总顾问王思翰老师就建筑环境文化,品牌创建,命名理论做了系统而生动的讲解,针对现代企业管理中的诸多问题,王思翰先生深入阐释了传统国学对于企业运营的指导意义。具体说来,他带领学员认识《周易》的基本知识、结构和起源,系统介绍《易经》与《易传》的关系,梳理历代易学及其流派,讲解"阴阳观""变易观"等基本原理和思维方式以及"继善成性""交变通久""革故鼎新"等价值理念和基本精神。学员对称表现出极大的兴趣,讲座几度进入高潮。王思翰教授在学员结课时总结道,作为中华民族几千年来不断探索实践的智慧结晶, 国学囊括了整个古代发展史,由此我们可以窥见华夏民族性格的形成脉络.即使是在科学技术高度发达的今天,国学依然有着重要的意义.无论在企业管理、品牌创建,还是企业文化建设等领域,我们都能借助先人的智慧解决现实问题。

 

“Chinese Studies Fever” is an important idea event in China’s society, there’s an instant Chinese studies fever at the beginning of 1990s. However, Chinese culture has been fevered up with signs appeared. From the Confucian classics fever and the Confucian classics discuss in 2004 to the Analects of Confucius fever, the Chinese studies fever and Confucius worship fever in 2005, the classic culture has been largely revitalized. It has t only been retelled in the public compulsory modules, but also penetrated into people’s social life through Confucius classes, private schools and enterprise culture, among all these, enterprise development and si logy wisdom are being more concerned.
        Through over 30 years’ practices in learning Western’s modern management, Chinese entrepreneurs and leaders gradually realized the amazing thoughts of self-cultivation, country management, Buddhism and Zen, the subtle philosophy of Yi, governing by n-interference in Daoism, the idea of “win without a war” by military strategists and the charm of all the Chinese culture classics. The humanistic spirit and philosophical wisdom that 5,000 years of Chinese civilization deposited is the “inner power” for them to understand the national circumstances and their compatriots, for them to give full play of Western’s modern management science.
        Therefore, “Chinese Studies Fever” and “Traditional Culture Fever” turn to be the key words in recent years. However, what Chinese entrepreneurs and leaders need is t only sit and prattle about the high-above traditional Chinese classics, what they also need is the application of Chinese studies which is properly combining with national conditions and could serving the present. ”Tsinghua University’s senior professional manager training class” is a high-end Chinese studies application course which aimed at Chinese entrepreneurs and leaders. The class was deigned to cultivate a number of localized managing elites who can be erudite and informed, while integrating Chinese and Western culture together.
        Professor Wang Sihan, as the management expert of Chinese studies, EMBA visiting professor in Tsinghua University, world famous Chinese studies application expert, also one of the founders of Chinese modern anthroponymy, chairman of International Architecture Culture Association, and founder of Wewin China, he was invited to give lectures to the second course of Tsinghua University’s senior professional manager training class.
        Professor Sihan, Wewin’s General Counselor, made a systematic and vivid speech on architecture culture, brand building and naming methods, Mr. Sihan thoroughly explained the indicating meaning of traditional Chinese culture in business operation when facing with many problems in modern management. Specifically, he showed the trainees the basic k wledge, structure and the origin of the Books of Changes, while systematically introduced the relationship between the Books of Change and its copies on silk, sorted successive generations and schools of the Philosophy of Yi, he also explained the basic principles and thinking modes in the outlook of yin-yang and the outlook of change. He elucidated the value methods and basic spirits of following the good by nature, adaptation making appropriateness, keep improving through reforms and so on. The trainees showed great interests, the speech reached the culminations for several times. Professor Sihan concluded at the session that si logy, as the intelligent fruit that Chinese nation have been exploring and practicing for thousands of years, has embraced the whole ancient developing history which we could look back and detect the formation of Chinese nation’s characters. Even in today, while scientific tech logy highly developed, si logy still has an important meaning. No matter in enterprise management, brand building or enterprise culture construction, we can figure out realistic problems using ancestors’ wisdom.
